Benjamin Dubs
Content Creator & Social Media Assistant
Benjamin Dubs supports IHT Swiss Watch Atelier through photography, videography, content creation and social media.
With a particular interest in watch photography and visual storytelling, he helps document IHT's masterclasses, events, watchmaking projects and behind-the-scenes studio life. His work combines creativity with an appreciation for craftsmanship, detail and the visual language of horology.
Through photography, video and digital content, Benjamin helps make Swiss watchmaking more accessible and engaging for new audiences while sharing the ongoing story of IHT.
Michael Dubs
Founder and Swiss Master Watchmaker
Swiss Federal Master Watchmaker Michael Dubs has more than 30 years of experience in the Swiss watch industry, including Audemars Piguet, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Maurice Lacroix, Carl F. Bucherer and Parmigiani.
An accredited trainer with the FHH Academy, he specialises in high complications, vintage restoration, watchmaker training, and Swiss watchmaking education. Through IHT, he shares authentic Swiss watchmaking expertise with collectors, enthusiasts, brands and organisations in Singapore and beyond.
Phyllis Dubs
Co-Founder and Operations Director
Phyllis Dubs is Co-Founder and Operations Director of IHT Swiss Watch Atelier. A Chartered Accountant trained in London, she has held roles in corporate banking with OCBC and corporate tax advisory with Price Waterhouse and PwC, including a posting in Cambodia.
At IHT, Phyllis oversees operations, partnerships, marketing and educational programming. Drawing on 17 years of home education experience, she helps shape IHT's watchmaking masterclasses, professional training programmes and corporate experiences, making Swiss watchmaking accessible, meaningful and engaging for diverse audiences.
Nicholas Dubs
IT & Web Development Lead
Nicholas Dubs leads IT and web development at IHT Swiss Watch Atelier, overseeing the studio's website, booking systems and digital infrastructure.
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Electronic & Computer, he combines software development expertise with a practical engineering mindset. At IHT, he develops and maintains digital systems, enhances website performance and user experience, and supports the technology that underpins IHT's educational programmes and customer journey.
His work helps bridge traditional Swiss watchmaking with modern digital technology, ensuring that IHT remains accessible, efficient and future-ready.
