HORAGE

HORAGE was founded by husband and wife team, Andreas Felsl and Tzuyu Huang in 2007. At that time, Michael was the Project Manager for a movement manufacturer where Andi and Tzu had gone to enquire about buying movements to manufacture HORAGE watches. In the course of events, Michael changed jobs and in response to developments in the watch industry, the couple decided to take on the ambitious task of building their own movement from scratch for use in their own watches. Come 2015, there was "word out about this small Swiss brand which had developed an entire movement and its architecture from scratch – not something that happens all too often." That was the K1 movement which was used in HORAGE watches such as the Autark, Multiply and in an improved version of the brand’s first watch, the Omnium. This aimable and industrious couple has since built up a team which has led the brand from strength to strength and HORAGE now boasts in its portfolio not only one but three watch movements including the K-Tou tourbillon movement.

True to its founders' personalities, HORAGE places utmost importance on transparency and openness, offering high performance in-house movements and interesting products that remain true to the brand’s ethos of building on its foundation.
